6 inch concrete block partition wall put up in the barns down at Wimborne St Giles yesterday.

We also had a repair job in Henley on thames this week. This barn had to be underpinned a few weeks back as they foundations have given way. As you can see from the photos it had dropped away from the timber frame above almost the depth of a brick. Our job was to strip out to where the wall was still intact and rebuild the section of brick and flint walling.

Been a little quiet of late but now we are back from holiday it's all systems go again. We took out some walls to create a big kitchen/dining space in a new residential care home for young people.

That's a Wrap at Henley the dodgy drystone taken down and rebuilt with ties to stop it from going anywhere.

Last week we started to take down and rebuild this dry stone wall . The middle had been filled with loose rubble, causing a big belly in the middle. we are then filling behind with a lean mix concrete as we go. As an extra precaution, we are adding ties to the preformed concrete retaining wall at the back to give extra strength as per instruction from the architects.

A small infill job last week putting up a block wall behind a garage door. We also cut a new doorway through the rear stone wall ready for it to be converted into a toilet block.
