🤬 THIS REALLY PI**ES ME OFF ABOUT ONLINE REVIEWS…
I received this message this morning offering to remove our 1-star Google reviews for £100 per review.
The funny thing is, the review they’ve highlighted isn’t even a genuine 1-star complaint 😂 The customer left us a brilliant review and accidentally clicked 1 star!
But that’s not the point.
If companies are genuinely able to pay people to get negative reviews removed, how the hell is a customer supposed to know who they can trust?
Reviews are there for a reason.
If a company does a s**t job, rips somebody off or provides terrible service, potential customers deserve to see that feedback and not a sanitised version of the company’s reputation because someone has paid to make the bad stuff disappear.
And in our industry especially, that matters.
You’re letting tradespeople into your home. You’re trusting them with your heating, gas appliances and potentially thousands of pounds of your money.
Every single review Green Planet Heating Solutions has received is from a genuine customer.
We haven’t bought them.
We haven’t paid anyone to remove the bad ones.
We’ve built our reputation the old fashioned way by turning up, doing a good job and looking after our customers.
If we ever genuinely get something wrong, I’d rather deal with it, learn from it and put it right than pay £100 to pretend it never happened.
A perfect online reputation means absolutely sod all if it’s been manufactured.
Trust has to be earned. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
