🖥️ Receptionist / Office Administrator

We are looking for an organised and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our busy multi-disciplined construction company.

This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception duties with administration support, employee time management and agency coordination.

Key Responsibilities;

♦️ Managing the main reception area and answering incoming calls;
♦️ Greeting visitors, clients and contractors professionally;
♦️ Handling emails and general office administration duties;
♦️ Managing employee timesheets, holidays and absences using the Focus App;
♦️ Processing and checking agency workers’ timesheets.

Requirements;

♦️ Previous reception or administration experience (preferred but not essential as training can be offered to the right candidate);
♦️ Strong organisational and communication skills;
♦️ Good IT skills including Microsoft Office;
♦️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
♦️ Attention to detail and accuracy;
♦️ Professional and friendly manner;
♦️ Experience using workforce management systems/apps would be advantageous.

📣 WE’RE RECRUITING
🚚 HGV Class 1 Drivers

We are looking to for 3 - 4 experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team of professional drivers delivering across South Wales and the UK.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of one or more of the following specialisms;

🟥 Walking Floor;
🟥 Curtain Side;
🟥 Tippers;
🟥 Low Loading (transportation of plant and equipment).

As a Class 1 Driver you will be required to work flexibly and can expect up to four nights out per week as the needs of the service dictates.

🟥 A valid HGV Class 1 licence and up to date CPC are essential requirements of the role.
🟥 Relevant loading and securing tickets would be an advantage but we can offer training packages for the right candidates.

You must have basic IT skills as you will routinely be required to use a tablet device.

⏰ Full-time, permanent positions
💰 £15.95ph (plus additional night away allowances)

We have an immediate opportunity for a volumetric concrete driver.

Requirements;
🔴 Class 2 Licence;
🔴 Daily - Maintenance & cleaning;
🔴 Cube Testing.

Shift Pattern;
🔴 Monday-Friday (every other Saturday if required);
🔴 Occasional Night shifts.

Concrete knowledge would be preferred however not necessary as training will be provided.
