We are pleased to announce that works have now commenced on the refurbishment project on Oak Ward at University Hospital Lewisham, forming part of the wider lifecycle scheme.

We will be acting as Main Contractor, working in collaboration with our valued client, Equans UK & Ireland, over a 12-week programme.

As this is a live ward environment, careful sequencing and coordination will be essential to ensure the works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to staff, patients and visitors.

Our scope of works will be carried out across 10 assisted WCs, 10 patient bays, side rooms and corridors, covering approximately 9150 sq ft of floor space, and includes:

• Replacement vinyl flooring, including floor preparation, latex levelling and coved skirting details
• Hygienic wall cladding with welded joints
• IPS panels, vanity units and new sanitaryware
• Installation of corner guards and bed head protection
• Ceiling tile and grid works
• M&E alterations, testing and commissioning
• Full decorations

Project Completion!

We’ve recently completed a rainscreen cladding replacement project at London South Bank University, delivered in collaboration with Kendall Kingscott Ltd.

Operating under a Design & Build JCT contract as Principal Contractor, our scope of works included:

· Removal of existing low-level damaged terracotta cladding, cement particle board, and rail system.

· Installation of a new support rail system, NyRock insulation, fire-rated cement board, and breathable membrane.

· Installation of vertical and horizontal Tenmat fire cavity barriers to windows, doors, and the junction between ground and first floor, ensuring full fire compliance.

· Installation of pressed aluminium flashings and cills.

· Installation of a new Ash & Lacy MechSlip brick slip rainscreen cladding system, featuring an Ibstock grey glazed brick.

· Replacement of damaged high-level existing terracotta cladding panels using reclaimed panels from the low-level strip-out.

· Removal of existing extruded terracotta baguette-style cladding and replacement of NyRock insulation and installed bespoke new aluminium extruded cladding, profiled to match the existing, spray-finished to complement the existing windows and glazed abutments.

· Respraying of doors, panels, and dry riser cupboard.

Delivered two weeks ahead of programme to the highest standard of quality, with uncompromising attention to fire compliance throughout.

We are pleased to share that we have secured Phase 2 of the full refurbishment of four toilet facilities for our valued client, Mitie.

Acting as Main Contractor, we will be responsible for both the design coordination and delivery of the works. The scope includes:

• Full strip out
• New wall and floor tiling
• IPS and cubicle systems
• ⁠Bespoke corian wash basin troughs
• Suspended ceilings
• Mechanical & electrical installations

The project will be delivered within a complex live environment over a 12-week programme, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption.

Today we kick off 2026 with the start of a new rainscreen cladding project at London South Bank University, where we are proud to be appointed as Principal Contractor.

The works involve replacing existing low-level cladding to the front elevations with a new mech-slip brick cladding system, including the installation of new fire rated cavity barriers. To the rear elevation, we will be installing a new extruded aluminium rail system, enhancing both performance and appearance. The project is being delivered on an 11-week programme.

As with all our projects, health and safety remains our top priority. Robust planning, compliant systems, and close collaboration with all stakeholders will underpin every stage of the works, ensuring a safe environment for operatives, students, staff, and the public.

We’ve recently completed a large two-floor refurbishment project in Harlow, Essex, in collaboration with our friends at Empire Electrical & Mechanical Solutions Ltd, delivered on an 11-week programme in a live environment- finishing a week early and handed over virtually snag-free.

Our scope of works included:

·       Full strip-out
·       Flooring throughout both floors and core staircases, including latex preparation and Polysafe vinyl with coved skirtings and welded joints to WCs, LVT plank flooring to kitchen areas and staircases with Gradus nosing's, and carpet tiles to all office spaces
·       Decorations to all walls, ceilings, and woodwork
·       Replacement of damaged ceiling grid components and installation of new ceiling tiles throughout
·       Installation of six new kitchenettes with tiled splashbacks
·       Installation of new FD30S fire door sets
·       Maintenance to existing fire door sets
·       Fire stopping to new service penetrations

We have recently completed a CAT B fit-out at The Wave Leisure Centre in Didcot, delivering a new spin studio and multi-use room for one of our valued repeat clients.

Our scope of works included:

• Careful demolition of existing concrete block walls to the former kitchen and utilities areas, including the removal of all fixtures and furniture
• Construction of new fire rated plasterboard partition walls and extension of an existing block wall to form the revised layout
• Lining of all existing walls with new plasterboard
• Application of self-levelling compound and installation of new LVT plank flooring to the Spin Studio, and a dynamic-compression wood-effect vinyl floor to the Multi-Use Room
• Plastering of all new and existing wall surfaces
• Installation of 2no. FD30S fire door sets and 2no. FD30S fire escape door sets
• Installation of new suspended ceilings throughout
• Supply and installation of full-height, anti-shatter, gym-grade mirrors to the Multi-Use Room
• Full decoration across all areas
• Site management and waste management from start to completion

We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and hope the new facilities are now being well used and enjoyed by the Didcot community.

Project Completion – Toilet & Shower Refurbishment

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of a full refurbishment project comprising two shower areas and four toilet areas, including accessible WC and shower provisions. The works were carried out at a secure location, where we delivered high-quality, durable finishes tailored to meet the demands of the environment.

The works included:

•Complete strip out of all existing finishes.
•Preparation of all wall substrates and installation of 600x600 porcelain wall and floor tiles.
•Formation of new shower tray formers with screed build-ups.
•Installation of bespoke IPS panels and cubicles, and Corian troughs with polished joints.
•Installation of a high humidity ceiling grid system and MF bulkheads to accommodate bespoke LED linear lighting.
•Installation of Duravit back lit LED mirrors and bespoke recessed safety backed mirrors.
•1st & 2nd fix plumbing works, including waterless urinals, The Splash Lab Ribon sensor taps, hand dryers and soap dispensers.
•Decoration and finishing to existing door sets
