Its going to be a hot one today 🌞 up on this roof stripping it to felt, batten and re tile this lovely old barn roof with as many clay peg tiles as can be reused and sourcing reclaimed tiles for the rest.

Remember after 37 years in the industry I don’t just do small works, I still get my teeth into larger projects, this being phase one of a refurbishment of this character barn…

Old tiles removed, walls made good, lots of prep to the walls and ceiling for redecoration, new shower screen installed, fresh mastic and all looking lovely.

Hi Folks,

I am your local Handyman, based in Southwater & I am going to start giving a little back to our local community by offering 1/2 a day of my services free of charge to a local OAP or Disabled person who may not be able to carry out the tasks that they would like to.

I will be making myself available on the first Saturday of the month every month - starting Saturday 4th April.

If you know of someone who is immobile or struggles to get things done around the home or garden, then please message me with the details & I will arrange a visit to give my time & help do those jobs that need doing, hopefully making a difference.

It just feels like a nice thing to do & give a little back to the community.
