We’re hiring a Project Co-Ordinator at Novus Energy (1-year maternity cover).

We’re a growing renewable energy company delivering solar, battery and retrofit projects across domestic, commercial and social housing, and we’re looking for someone to step into a key role supporting the day-to-day delivery of these projects.

This role is all about keeping operations running smoothly, supporting the field team, and making sure every project is delivered properly from start through to handover and payment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong knowledge of the PAS retrofit process (surveys, design, handover)

• Understands renewable technologies (solar PV, batteries, heat pumps)

• Is confident managing client relationships across different sectors

• Has experience in project delivery and supply chain coordination

• Has strong organisational and communication skills

• Understands health & safety and compliance requirements

• Is comfortable working with data, KPIs and Microsoft Office

It’s a busy, hands-on role, but a really good opportunity to step into a growing sector and be part of an exciting team delivering real projects every day.

1-year maternity cover (could lead to a permanent role for the right person, depending on performance and business needs)

It’s one of the biggest worries we hear from homeowners.

The honest answer… solar panels don’t damage roofs.

Poor installation does.

When solar is installed properly, tiles are carefully removed and reinstated, fixings are secured into the rafters, and the roof remains fully watertight. In many cases, the roof underneath the panels is actually protected from the weather.
