🔶 Matlock Aldi Project – 1st Fix Complete 🔷

Our team has now successfully completed the 1st fix ventilation installation at the new Aldi store in Matlock with all ductwork installed and ready for the next stage of the project. 🛠️

The job has progressed well with our team maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout and ensuring everything is installed safely and efficiently.

We’re now waiting for the 2nd fix stage before returning to site to carry out the remaining works and bring the ventilation system one step closer to completion.

Another project progressing nicely for BB Venting Solutions, delivering reliable heating and ventilation services while working closely with other trades to keep things moving on site🔶

🔸Spalding Leisure Centre🔹

🔹Works progressing on BB Venting Solutions biggest project to date in Spalding.

The installation of AHU 0.6, serving the outdoor changing room areas, has now been successfully completed through first fix, with the system and associated ductwork installed, positioned and supported ready for the next stage of the project.

This is a large scale project requiring careful planning, coordination and attention to detail, with the ventilation installation working alongside multiple trades and existing site requirements. Getting each stage completed correctly is essential to keeping the overall project moving forward.

AHU 06 is now ready for 2nd fix, marking another important stage in the installation. We’ll continue progressing the works on site as the project develops, maintaining the same focus on safety, quality and a professional finish throughout.

We’re proud to be involved in such a significant project and look forward to sharing more progress from Spalding Leisure Centre as we continue through the remaining stages🔸

🔸Matlock Aldi Project🔹

🔹Our team has successfully completed the installation and positioning of the ventilation unit with all works carried out safely and in preparation for the next phase of the project.

At this stage, we are awaiting the required builder’s openings to be formed, along with the remaining materials being delivered to site, before we can proceed with the ductwork installation and complete the system.

Careful planning and coordination are essential on projects of this scale and ensuring each stage is completed at the right time allows the installation to progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

We look forward to returning to site to carry out the ductwork installation and bring the project through to completion.

🔸Swadlincote Project🔹

🔹A straightforward day turn around ventilation installation, with the team completing the works efficiently and to a high standard.

The ventilation unit and associated ductwork were installed neatly and securely with careful attention given to the routing, supports and overall finish of the installation. The external ductwork was also positioned to provide a clean and practical layout across the roof area.

A quick and efficient job from start to finish with the works completed within the day and the site left ready for the next stage of the project.

🔸Bardney Strip Out Project🔹

🔹Project completed by BB Venting Solutions.

Another successful ventilation strip out completed with 60+ metres of ductwork safely dismantled and removed in just one day.

The team worked efficiently and methodically throughout the strip out, ensuring all ductwork was taken down safely and without causing unnecessary disruption to the surrounding areas.

The client also requested that all removed materials were taken completely out of the building, which we carried out as part of the works. The area was left clear, clean and ready for the next stage of the project.

🔸Telford Project🔹

🔹Telford project progressing on site for BB Venting Solutions.

Our team has been carrying out the installation of a plastic ductwork ventilation system with the ductwork carefully measured, installed and supported throughout to ensure a clean and professional finish.

Alongside the internal ductwork installation, we also completed the installation of three roof fan cowls, ensuring the external ventilation works were installed neatly and securely.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the final stage of the ductwork on this visit due to the fan spigot being unavailable on site. Rather than compromise the installation, we left the works prepared and ready for completion.

The remaining unfinished ductwork will be completed during the second fix, once the required fan spigot is available on site.

The photos show the progress and standard of workmanship achieved so far with the ductwork routed neatly through the building and positioned to work alongside the existing services.

🔸What was scheduled as a two day strip out was completed in a single day thanks to the hard work and organisation of the team on site.

Safe ex*****on, good planning and a collaborative approach meant the programme stayed ahead of schedule and the client was delighted with the results🔹

🔹 Progress being made at Nuneaton School project.

With the job now moving forward, our engineers have put together a strong few weeks on site, installing ventilation systems to a high standard and keeping works progressing safely and efficiently.
