Top three brick courses and tile corses removed due to a weak mix that had roots growing through. Bricks and tiles cleaned up and laid with an extra brick course. Cement pointing where needed on the lower courses.

• Old wooden gate taken out and new metal gate installed.
• Small garden wall restored using cement.
• Lion stone removed and wall bricked up using the original materials of the building.
(Mortar will lighten up to match once dry).
