Their works consisted of external facades brick & blockwork, waterproofing rendering and general painting & decorating. Each of the packages were supervised personally by John Newark and we found both him , and all of his operatives, to be very proactive and professional in their approach. Each sub-contract was completed on programme, to a high standard of workmanship and within budget. I would have no hestition in employing or recommending JRN for any future work we may have"

Project Complete 🌟

A rear single storey extension completed in Eynesbury, St Neots.

The new addition of space to this home has created a stunning kitchen diner with snug. Also adding a downstairs bathroom and utility. Opening up the rear of the property has created a larger feeling a space when incorporated with the vaulted ceiling and VELUX windows. For the finishing touch, the garden area was re-landscaped with an Indian sandstone patio.

A decorative 9-inch retaining garden wall was installed on a clients property next to Midsummer Common in central Cambridge.

As years have gone by, the original wooden sleepers had degraded and needed replacing. Suggesting to the client that a brick wall alternative would not only bring longevity, but enhance the look of the garden space altogether.

JRN is thrilled to share its most recent extension project!

Our client requested for a demolition of an original porch that was an unusable and cramped space. The JRN crew did their thing and created a place for friends and family to come and dine with the homeowners.

With the new extension built, the team knocked through into the original kitchen, making a kitchen diner, creating a more sociable space for all to enjoy.
