Three bathrooms completed in one gorgeous farm house. We turned a disused bedroom into a dressing room/ en-suite for a master bedroom. Using roper Rhodes bathroom suite and multi panel aqua boards.
The main bathroom was desperate for a refurbishment after not bending touched for 20+ years. Removal of the shower meant a nice freestanding bath with floor standing tap could be installed which really sets this bathroom off.
Finally the last bathroom which is located on the top floor of the property, removal of the bath made way for a larger 1400mm shower enclosure with tile effect multi panel aqua boards. These aqua boards are a firm favourite due to their super durable laminated finish which makes cleaning easy work.

Traditional heat only boiler change over to a main eco compact with 5 years Warrenty. All pipe work insulated to prevent it freezing in winter. Customer requested the pipework to be kept neat and tucked out the way to maximise storage up in the loft space

This was a nice fresh complete install in a barn conversion which didn’t have any centra heating other than small inferred panel heaters. Double column radiators in most rooms except the two bedrooms which had normal double panel radiators. This Baxi 800 combi 2 comes with a massive 10 year Warrenty.

Kicking things off with this Baxi 800 install with all new radiators and thermostatic valves in every room, a Worcester combi boiler removed from the loft and relocated in the downstairs utility room. System was completely flushed out and treated with inhibitor.
