Customer will get full use from this conversion as it will double up as a cinema room & home office.

Heres One of our bedroom transformations!

A Complete strip back of an old bedroom
Then upgraded for some young boys!

We stripped back the old wallpaper,
Patch repaired the damaged plaster,
Redecorated the walls ceilings skirtings & coving,
Then customer had new carpet laid to finish the re decoration off 👍

We then returned to help with some of the finishing touches.

Installation of a new ceiling light,
Built the new boys bunk bed,
hung 2x TVs on the walls,
Fitted new window blinds.

Customer is Just waiting on delivery of a new wardrobe & matching chest of drawers then the transformation is complete!!

Customer said the kids are really enjoying their new room & don’t want to leave it 😊

Progress on the garage conversion today!

I have Been mega busy lately as i have took on some work on big new build site locally
🔨 🪚🏚️ 🏠

But while i have been working in other places the plastering & electrics has been completed.
Also the custom has begun to decorate too 😃

Today i fitted a small work top for the customer to be used as a work station,
hung the blinds & TV then begun to box in some of the pipe work & tidy up a few loose ends internally.

The Flooring & skirting are next then its full decoration & it will be completed!! 😁

Been very Busy as of late with the ongoing garage conversion & this bed room renovation.

This bedroom was in need of some serious TLC

The job begun with
dismantling of a large fitted wardrobe & disposing,
All the furniture including the bed to be dismantled & disposed of,
Carpet ripped up & disposed of,
Stripped all the old wall paper & dado rails,
Repaired the damaged walls where plaster had blown,
Prep & paint skirting, coving, ceiling & walls,

Its looking much fresher now like new again!

Customer is getting new carpet next week
Then im back to fit a new bedroom door & window blinds.
Then im installing the new wardrobe, bunk bed, lights then to finish hang the tv on the wall!

Mean while The garage conversion has had electrics installed i have been over there the last few days & closed up the walls & ceilings ready for plastering end of the week!

Then its on to the fun bit skirtings, architrave, decorating & flooring!
im starting on a new build site this week this will keep me busy
I will update when progress is made on the conversion & bedroom!

More progress on the conversion!

The Door knock through to the main house is all done its all framed & door hung 👍

I Started to close up the other end of the garage too but im going to load out with the ceiling boards tomorrow before i close it up. This will save carrying them through the house & making mess theres also a sofa to go inn too.

The Ceiling frame work is all done & ready to be boarded once the electrician runs all the cables for sockets & spotlights next week.

Once all the sockets are in place i can board the rest of the walls & then get it plastered!

Then its on to the nice making good bit the decorating, flooring, skirting & architrave.

Busy few days been cracking on with the garage conversion.

The Floor is all completed then i started the knock through for the door way in to the main house.

It was a Very Dusty day today but its all done & cleaned up 🔨 🚪 😷

Tomorrow’s job door Liners & door then some making good. Then on to the stud walls & boarding out.

Making progress on the garage conversion
the floor is 90% done 💪

Took my time precision cutting round all the pipes ect im fussy like that 😂

The secret underground bunker hatch & one edge left to cut inn then its on to the door way knock through to the main house 🔨 🧱 🚪

Sparky due next week then i can board it out 💪

There’s a cool addition to this garage conversion.

A secret underground bunker! 🤫🤐

I could of just boarded it over but it would of been such a waist. Its an old car service trench but it could be so much more nowdays. So We are going to keep the access available for the future.

It could make a great mini man cave or ww3 bunker! 💥

lets hope its not needed as a bunker & can be used as a wine cellar or something fun!

We are Back to work today & Starting off the new year with a nice new project!

First task today on the job was to build a bespoke cupboard around the services,
There is a Bit more boxing inn to do tomorrow then its on too the floor, walls & ceiling!!

There is Lots to do on project so we will try to post updates in stages
