U-Value SIPS offices coming on great now. These offices when completed will be air-conditioned rooms an have desk space for 12 people with a breakout area and meeting room.

These offices were commissioned 12 weeks ago and will be completed in mid-May ready for the Team at U-Value Sips, on their newly acquired site in Castlefin, where the old race track was.
Where they’re building a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant to build SIP panels for the construction industry. Watch this space.

Large office block coming along well for the team at U-Value SIPS.

Panels used can achieve 180 mins fire 🔥 rating. Stood Vertical and 60mins horizontal.

We have an Additional 400 2m in or yard for sale 3.800 & 3.600 long.
