Recent ongoing project installing a kingspan biodisc, pump station , pump main , large collection and storage manholes all installed as per consultants design and signed off by building control.
Final phase still to do,
powering system up via battery and generator till electric connection done which will include full road closure for road crossing. Removal of old septic tanks from gardens and piping houses into new system.
Followed by new water pipes and meters from the private artisan borehole which feds most of the village.

Whilst we all enjoyed a bank holiday weekend in the sunshine our little 1.7 Wacker Neuson digger was busy helping out Warwickshire young farmers at Farmfest

Little job today to help out DW Clark’s who didn’t want to let there clients down so asked if we had any capacity to assist.
Leaking old metal water pipe, taken apart cleaned parts replaced as required new stop tap tube fitted and reinstated

7pop one2clean Graf with maxi dome and raised outlet this system was installed to replace a failed tuke & bell trickle filter system that had failed and was no longer soaking away.
Electric cable installed across lawn, tank installed with outlet to running ditch
Great effort by the team even got to spend Monday on site helping them.

Following on from the pump station and STP install we did a month or so back we returned to fix a ground water ingress issue we found with the drain camera.
Once excavated it was apparent where and how all the groundwater was getting in the sewer. There was a 100mm land drain running along side the sewer pipe and previously someone must of hit the sewer pipe and rather than repair properly they just covered the sewer pipe with a piece of pipe causing the system to run constantly using unnecessary electric but more importantly causing the system to run incorrectly

Recent Graf 60pop one2clean installation
Job involved firstly doing a percolation test, giving the client several options of how and where to install.
Finally deciding on a location where it could discharge to running water course. Job included 5 new manholes 2 of which where 900mm concrete due to being 1.5m deep one being a backdrop manhole and 100meters of 110mm gravity sewer. Tanks were installed with full concrete surround due to seasonal high water table and springs running through the ground. A 150mm land drain was also installed around the tank to divert any potential water from collecting around the tank.

Repairs to existing ductwork so new fibre cables could be installed around the site, along with around 700meters of new 2” ducting installed
