We're proud to have successfully completed two projects for the Warwickshire College Group ahead of the new term, delivered across the following campuses:

Moreton Morrell College:
Student Union Bar / Breakout Area
A full refurbishment was carried out, including strip-out works, new flooring, decoration, upgraded lighting, joinery enhancements, and a refresh of the WC and changing rooms.

Rugby College:
Motor Vehicle Facilities / Workshop Space
This project involved fitting out a workshop to support motor vehicle training. Works included strip-out, floor foundation works with lift ramp installation, full decoration, and a complete mechanical and electrical (M&E) package.

A huge thank you and congratulations to our contracts team and supply chain partners for ensuring both projects were delivered on time and within budget.

We’re thrilled to have successfully completed a fit-out project for Key Forensics Services at the University of Warwick Science Park in Coventry. The project included the creation of new offices, meeting rooms, a canteen, a breakout area, laboratory rooms, and the procurement of furniture. A big congratulations to Steve and our entire supply chain for delivering yet another project that meets the client’s expectations!

We’re excited to have completed the fit-out for our client "Maybee," a vibrant takeaway shop offering eco-friendly, locally sourced meals, which opened its doors on Saturday, February 1st. A big shoutout to Gordon and the Sandell team for delivering another fantastic project on time!

We are thrilled to have successfully completed another project at the University of Warwick Science Park, which involved renovating and modernising their existing canteen and breakout area. The update focused on creating a more contemporary, functional, and welcoming environment, incorporating modern design elements.

Sandell is pleased to announce the successful completion of the recent project at the Ignite Business Lounge for the University of Warwick Science Park. The scope of work included a full fit-out, with the installation of new partitions, flooring, ceilings, and mechanical and electrical systems. We’d like to extend a big thank you to our supply chain partners for their continued support in ensuring the project was delivered on schedule.

We're thrilled to see the finished fit-out for our client LG, who moved into the building just last week. This project has been immensely satisfying from start to finish. It all began last October, when our Interior Designer Alexander Halloway-Churchill collaborated with client contact Mollie O'Mara to craft concept designs, renders, and walkthroughs until we reached the perfect final vision.

Once everything, including the lease for their new space, was finalised, our Contracts Manager, Steve Underwood, kicked off the project in early March. This comprehensive undertaking involved a complete turnkey fit-out, including furniture procurement, all to be completed within a tight 10-week schedule.

A big congratulations to our entire team, as well as our dependable supply chain, for successfully delivering the project on time and within budget, achieving an exceptionally high-quality finish.

Well done to Gordon, Steve, and the supply team for their exceptional work in achieving a high-quality finish. They've already shifted gears towards the next fit-out endeavor for Johnson’s in Tamworth. Stay tuned for updates on that!

Congratulations to Team Sandell and our supply chain for successfully completing another CAT B Fit-Out project, including associated works for EM Pharma (Day Lewis) at Unit 1A, Crosslink, Rothley, Leicester. Working alongside the Trident Building Consultancy team (Birmingham office) last year on the fit-out works for EM Pharma at the same business park, it's truly satisfying to witness the culmination of phase 2 works. Great job, everyone!

Another project completed in Birmingham, this one being for Summit Learning Trust at the Ninestiles Academy.
Works involved Internal refurbishment of existing reception area, rear office space and adjacent meeting rooms. Construction of new external main
entrance lobby with canopy to the front elevation, as well as new
accessible WC to the reception area.
Well done to team Sandell and Supply chain in delivering another fine project!

Great visit yesterday to see the completed works at The Pod, City Centre, Nottingham.
Works comprised of full CAT A fit out to 4 floors including reception, office and balcony seating areas which has certainly transformed the building.
