Good Morning

We are truly sorry for any disruption caused during the evening yesterday which ended @ 12:30 am .

The noise heard was caused by concrete finishing equipment which was not planned to move beyond 7pm in any case .

The reason for the prolonged duration was a breakdown earlier in the day to a key piece of equipment ( concrete pump ) for a period of 4 hours.

Unfortunately as with concreting once we start the process it must be complete as failure would cause grater disruption to you the residents .

Moving forward we can confirm that a process change has been made to completely eliminate the need for mechanical finishing across the site to ensure even a break down cannot cause any disruption.
