🚧 Project Progress Update 🚧

Another stage of this project now complete!

We’ve finished the stone-effect render finish, using a traditional sand and cement render with specially added colours and a hand-finished technique to create the appearance of natural stone/brickwork.

✅ Bespoke stone-effect finish
✅ Can be designed to replicate stone, brick or even timber
✅ No painting required
✅ Colour is incorporated into the finish
✅ Sealed approximately every 5 years for long-term protection
✅ Designed to retain its colour and appearance

We’re also progressing with the Indian stone paving around the new area.

🔨 Still to complete:
• Floor tiling
• Kitchen installation
• Sink and radiator installation
• Final finishing touches

Project Progress Update 🚧👷‍♂️

We’re making great progress on this project!

The foundation work is now complete, including 150mm insulation, and we have completed the blockwork using two layers of concrete blocks.

The next stages of the project will include:

✔️ Rendering the exterior with our stone render finish
✔️ Internal plastering
✔️ Fitting the kitchen units
✔️ Installing a small radiator
✔️ Fitting the sink

The space is really starting to take shape, and we look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.

New Project 🚧

Another project underway!

1. We’ve started by digging out and preparing the foundations, followed by installing 150mm Celotex insulation boards and constructing a double layer of concrete blockwork.

This new space will be transformed into a practical and fully insulated laundry room.

There’s plenty more work to be carried out on this project, so keep an eye out for the updates as we progress! 👷‍♂️🔨
