The bricks are perfectly matched to the existing house, and the new GRP roofing system with a large lantern floods the space with natural light. Coalville extension update: external works are now almost complete. Internally, the floor insulation is down and we’re ready for the screed. Once that’s in, we move on to first‑fix electrics and plumbing, followed by boarding and a full skim.

✨ Repton Office Refurbishment Update ✨

Great progress is being made on our Repton office project. The refurbishment has now moved into the decorating stage, bringing the space to life with its new look and feel.

🔧 Plumbing and electrical second-fix works are well underway, ensuring all essential services are in place as we move toward the final phases.

🎨 Decorating is currently in full swing, adding the finishing touches that will transform the building into a fresh, modern workspace.

We remain on programme for completion in mid-April, and we’re excited to see the project taking shape day by day.

Further Progress on Our Coalville Single‑Storey Extension

Work is moving steadily forward on our Coalville project. The steelwork installation for the new roof structure is now well underway, giving the extension its shape and strength. The opening for the large rooflight has also been fully formed, ready to bring an impressive amount of natural light into the space.

Window measurements will be taken shortly so fabrication can begin, keeping everything on schedule.

Project Update: Single‑Storey Extension in Coalville

Great progress on our single‑storey extension in Coalville. The build only recently kicked off, but the team has already pushed the walls up and the structure is really starting to take shape.

Next up is the steelwork installation, followed by the roof structure, which will bring the whole extension together and give a real sense of the final space.

It’s always exciting watching a project move from foundations to something you can actually walk around. More updates to come as we head toward making it watertight and ready for the internal work.

Project Update – Repton. Office Renovation

Great progress on site this week. The stud walls are now fully up, giving the space its new layout and structure. First‑fix electrics are almost complete, and the plumbing first fix is now finished too.

Next up, we move into plasterboarding and skimming, which will really start to bring the rooms together. After that, we’ll head into the final stages: second‑fix installations and decorating.

Completed our single‑storey extension last year, and we are still so proud of how beautifully it’s come together. The new render blends seamlessly with the existing house, and the larch cladding on the gable wallmatches perfectly with the original features.

It’s one of those projects where every detail just works, and seeing it all finished still makes us smile. A real transformation.
