The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, capable of undertaking a variety of construction and renovation tasks. As a General Builder, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality building services to our clients in the Swansea Bay area.

We have a post that is perfect for a Skilled Labourer.

Wage will depend on experience.

The ability to work well alone or within a team to help complete tasks on-site within a domestic environment.

The ability to drive with Own transport is essential. A works van is preferable but not essential.

Experience in the domestic building trade is essential, Experience with:- groundwork, landscaping, carpentry, kitchen/bathroom installation, House refurbs, RSJ Install, brick/blockwork. General building construction in the domestic environment.

A good knowledge of tools & building processes is essential. Must have an ability and willingness to learn with a good attitude & work ethic.
