Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

At Coles Scaffolding, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. Behind every hard hat is a person who may be fighting battles nobody else can see.

The construction industry can be tough, and too many people suffer in silence. That’s why we believe in checking in with our staff, supporting one another, and making sure everyone knows they are not alone.

Sometimes a simple “Are you okay?” can make a massive difference.

This week is a reminder to look out for your mates, speak up if you’re struggling, and never be ashamed to ask for help. Strong people talk. Strong teams listen.

Bit of a head scratcher lately…

Last two weeks we’ve had lads asking for starts, sorting pay rates, arranging times, saying they want regular work — only to no show without even a message.

At Coles Scaffolding we offer:

Hard to understand why people chase work then disappear when the opportunity is there.
