Sunday doesn’t stop the work. 💻📍

While most people are winding down, I’m pricing work, planning routes, scheduling jobs and making sure our teams are set up for a successful week ahead.

The work you see on site starts long before the first scaffold tube is unloaded.

I’ve always believed that if you want to stay ahead, you have to outwork your competition. Success isn’t luck—it’s preparation, consistency and the willingness to put the hours in when others won’t.

That’s the standard we set at Coles Scaffolding, and it’s one we’ll never lower.

☀️ Important Notice – Extreme Temperatures This Week ☀️

Due to the extreme temperatures forecast this week, our working schedule may be adjusted to help protect our team from prolonged exposure to the sun.

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our staff is our top priority. As a result, our operatives may need to take regular breaks in shaded areas and increase their fluid intake throughout the day to stay safe in the heat.

We kindly ask all customers and members of the public to treat our staff with respect and understanding during this period. These precautions are essential to ensure everyone returns home safely at the end of the day.

Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

At Coles Scaffolding, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. Behind every hard hat is a person who may be fighting battles nobody else can see.

The construction industry can be tough, and too many people suffer in silence. That’s why we believe in checking in with our staff, supporting one another, and making sure everyone knows they are not alone.

Sometimes a simple “Are you okay?” can make a massive difference.

This week is a reminder to look out for your mates, speak up if you’re struggling, and never be ashamed to ask for help. Strong people talk. Strong teams listen.

Bit of a head scratcher lately…

Last two weeks we’ve had lads asking for starts, sorting pay rates, arranging times, saying they want regular work — only to no show without even a message.

At Coles Scaffolding we offer:
