Highlighting women in construction is a significant aspect of International Women's Day, as it underscores the importance of diversity and inclusion in traditionally male-dominated industries. Women have been making remarkable strides in the construction sector, breaking barriers, and contributing their expertise to various facets of the industry.
This week therefore presents a perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our own women in construction here at EverMill Brickwork Ltd.
We would like to say a huge congratulations to one of our apprentices, Charlie Radford, for not only completing her Bricklayer Level 2 apprenticeship but also in achieving a distinction grade. This is a remarkable achievement and a testament to her dedication, hard work, and perseverance throughout her apprenticeship journey.
Her commitment to learning and growing has been truly commendable. From the moment she joined our team, it was evident that she possessed a strong passion for bricklaying and her enthusiasm has been infectious. Passing this exam not only demonstrates her academic prowess but also validates the practical skills and knowledge she has acquired during her apprenticeship. Her ability to apply what she has learned in real-world scenarios speaks volumes about her readiness to take on greater responsibilities in her career.
Well done Charlie for an outstanding achievement. We at EverMill are incredibly proud of you and look forward to witnessing your continued growth and success.
