Just completed some structural alterations for M J Welford Construction Ltd!

New steel beam fitted to bring more light and space into the existing kitchen. Added another steel to create room for new bifold doors and changed the existing French doors into a new window! Big changes that will make a huge difference once it is all completed!

A Developer we do a lot of work for asked if we could complete the Groundworks, Brickwork and Knock through for them in 2 weeks! We managed to get it all done, ready for the Chippy to start the roof in 8 days!!

Just a couple of final pieces to go until we completed on this stunning bathroom. We have converted the old kitchen and moved over some of the existing walls to create a much bigger family bathroom in this bungalow we have been extending and renovating. With this room completed we can move onto the the hallway and create a new entrance through old bathroom into the recently completed kitchen and living room extension. Thanks to The Berkshire Tile co. Ltd for supplying the tiles and sanitary ware on this one!
