Our HIAB for hire was recently put to work on its first job, marking a successful start to our expanded lifting and transport services.

The project involved assisting Kilkern with the safe and efficient relocation of their stores back to their depot. Our experienced operator ensured the job was completed smoothly, demonstrating the reliability, precision, and versatility of our HIAB equipment.

UPDATE! 😃

Concrete pouring is well underway and progressing smoothly. So far, we've completed 5 concrete pours with many more scheduled in the pipeline. Weather conditions have remained favourable, allowing us to stay on schedule!

The crew are working efficiently, with daily inspections confirming everything is meeting our project standards. We expect the remaining pours to be completed over the coming weeks, keeping us on track for the next phase of works. 👍

We have decided that it's time to expand our yard!

Following the initial phases of excavation and site preparation done by ourselves today, we'd like to thank PM Dromgoole for the inert muckaway and multiple stone deliveries. An excellent service received as always. 😀

The expansion will increase storage capacity, improve workflow and efficiency, and gives us the capacity for business growth and flexibility to accommodate varied contracts!👍

We’ve recently acquired a Scania G450 High Roof Sleeper Cab Beavertail Wagon, fitted with a remote-controlled HIAB Crane (Fassi F305A.2.25).

The wagon has the capacity and availability for day, night and weekend works to align with your business needs. SJ Building Contractors will also offer nationwide coverage and including fully trained operatives at your disposal.

The Scania G450 is a welcome addition into our expanding fleet, as we now currently offer MAN. TGX 26 500, and IVECO Stralis Plant Wagon to cater to all your haulage requirements.
