It was good to get back to work last week💪 my work load right now is the busiest it’s been. Thank you to all who have been patient & continued to wait for work to be done from Iv been off. If I haven’t been in touch I will be when I get caught up a little! Emergency work is hard to get to now due to this, but I’m still keen to hear from anyone with any future projects👌

We started a new build home in Newry today, 1 of 4 new builds we have on at the minute. We got 2 28mm copper pipes placed in the fireplace and got them fitted to the roofspace, this is to allow for the flow & return from the stove to gravitate to a buffer tank in the roofspace to then heat the house & hot water. We also got the domestic water pipes from the ground floor to the 1st floor, the home Is now ready for plastering. All pipework tested at 3bar👌

Hi everyone, sorry the page hasn’t been updated lately & Iv been slow responding to messages, it’s not because im on a beach😅 Iv been off all month after a small medical procedure, but I’m hoping to get back working in the next few weeks. I’m still able in the meantime to price work up for anyone looking prices on anything that’s not emergency works. A shout out to Jason & Jamie who’ve been a great help keeping jobs rolling and doing work to a high standard when Iv been off, it’s very much appreciated 👌

A slightly different job from what I’d usually take on, but this customer in Co Down had contacted me about leaking wet rooms and wanted to know if I could help them. I called and had a look to see if it was something I was happy to take on. The tiles were moving under my feet as I stood on the wet room floor with water squirting back up through the gaps in the tiles, at this stage I knew it was something that needed fixing!

•old tiles & trays removed ✅
•insulated screed removed ✅
•new insulation fitted ✅
•wet room gulley set & floor screeded ✅
•wet rooms tiled & sealed ✅

I was very happy with how the ensuite & main bathroom wet rooms turned out and leaving the customer with a peace of mind knowing they’d leak free shower areas was most important for me.

A couple of jobs completed this week 🔧

Boiler replacement just outside Armagh, a very easy customer to deal with. We got the old boiler removed and installed a new cabin-pac boiler, also a new kitchen tap was installed at the home ✅

Electric shower that had quit working at a home in Markethill, I was able to get a new shower to work back in and got this replaced for a local property agent ✅

More work completed in the Redrock area, we got a new 120/155 Grant vortex utility model fitted for this customer ✅

Just outside Markethill, we made a start to a new build home by getting a 28mm flow and return in place to allow for plastering. These pipes will eventually link up to a stove & will give the customer heating water for radiators/underfloor & hot water. All pipework tested at 3bar✅

Boiler replacement in Markethill 🔥

Old housing/boiler disconnected & removed. We then got a new grant euroflame cabin pac installed, inhibitor added to the system & boiler commissioned ✅

What you get new with a replacement 🔧

•pump
•pump valves
•oil filter
•kbb firevalve
•3bar safety (if required)
•inhibitor added to the system
•pipe/lagging (where required)

The customer said they had their heating on for hours and getting nothing in return, the new boiler installed had the house up to temperature in 15mins! Work completed for a returning customer just outside Dromore, we got the old radiators removed which allowed the joiner to fit new panelling in the hallway & landing area for the customer. We then returned to fit 9 new cast iron style radiators in that area, yes 9 radiators in your hall/landing😬 the solid oak floors were opened up and pipes adjusted where required to make the job work. The customer was very happy how all turned out, the last few pictures I have shared is pictures she sent me after all work was completed. It was the perfect time to carry out the work due to the customer having organised to have the floors varnished in the next month. SD Joinery done a great job with not only the panelling, but patching the floors back in & filling old holes in the floor where old pipes came through originally.

Work completed just outside Markethill today, 5 new Myson radiators supplied & fitted. The Job was finished with a thermostatic radiator valve & fitting of chrome sleeve/disc👌 The customer had been doing the house up & it was the perfect time to start upgrading radiators to new convector radiators for more heat output & adding thermostatic valves for more control of the home👌

It’s not to often I get to post about Myson radiators due to the extra expense, but don’t they look great! 🤩

Just popping on with a quick message for all my current/future customers. This is a message I received last week from one of my local wholesales, this has now forced me to only be able to hold quotes on all jobs for 30days max now going forward. This isnt easy for me with new build homes priced and other jobs quoted, especially when I might not have the availability to start for a few months on a lot of jobs. I hope you all understand my reasons for this, many thanks Karl.

I do my best to help anyone in an emergency & it really makes me feel valued when the customer not only pays me, but still feels the need for a message of thanks😊 due to my current workload right now, emergencies can be a struggle but if it’s something causing damage to a property, il do my best👍🏻
