En-suite Wet room in this lovely old Mill house
We started with fitting a new ceiling with loft hatch
New down lights fitted throughout
Whole new window created through super thick cob wall & double glazed
Extensive new plumbing installed
All new sub-floor
Bespoke built-in units for free standing basin and concealed fixtures & fittings
Floor and wall tiles laid
Fitted Scudo koko brushed bronze wall mounted taps, shower mixer, heated towel rail and other fixtures

Customers can’t wait to start enjoying their new en-suite
Did I mention we also installed a luxury free standing bath in their bedroom

Now we are ready to start transforming their family bathroom

Contracted to carry out some maintenance work for Webbers lettings in Bude.

* Replaced broken slates
* Repointed some external brick work
* Stripped, sealed internal damp
* Installed new lining paper
* Decorated

Quick little tiling job Also reinstalled the shower enclosure Customers had already done some work beforehand.

Now to update you with the extension.
It’s all complete and the customers are extremely happy with the end result.

* All foundations & drainage installed
* All masonry, carpentry & electrical works
* New EPDM roof with large triple glazed roof light
* All double glazing installed with double doors & aluminium internal double doors
* Plastered & Rendering complete

Back in the spring to install new sewage treatment tank, patio & landscaping
