Our clients safety as is our engineers is paramount.

We’re are now taking bookings and also doing on line quotes, either with video footage or FaceTime.
Many of our clients are being provided with quotes this way and I’m pleased to say it working excellently.

Our staff are fully qualified, insured and have many years experience.

So after chatting to a lot of new customers they have said that they haven’t had their boiler serviced for the following reasons-

1)They are unsure of the price.

2) They are worried that they may get charged for something their boiler doesn’t need.

Firstly their mind was put at ease as a boiler service is £80 no extra charges apply unless your boiler needs urgent work.

Secondly we would never go ahead with any work without the go ahead from our customers. We pride ourselves on being nothing but honest and will try to help with their budgets. If something does need doing we will try our upmost to give you a time scale of how long it may last and will not charge the earth to change it.
Everything is discussed before works are carried out including prices.

We’re very proud to say that Many of our customers have been with us for years and the majority of our work is from word of mouth.

That says it all 😊

Free quotes are given and we will try to accommodate all of our customers the best we can.

Pkp services Ltd would like to remind everyone to keep their heating on, even if you’re not home. Keep it ticking over or your pipes could freeze.

If you do have a problem it could well be your condense pipe that’s frozen.
