KITCHEN DINER KNOCK-THROUGH 💥🔨

• Supplied and fitted all materials including the kitchen and steels ✅

▪️Unfortunately, when fitting the very last piece of flooring, we discovered wet rot in the sub floor.

▪️After confirmation from an independent specialist, we proceeded to remove, replace and treat all the affected areas…

‼️It’s SO important you read your survey when buying a property!‼️

‼️In this instance, the surveyor had flagged it up that the brick vents had been covered up by external steps.‼️

‼️This meant the customer was unfortunately liable for the repairs.‼️

We already have some large projects underway and we are now taking bookings for summer 2024 so drop us a message ASAP for a free, no obligation quote.

This job included;
• A garage converted into an office/gym.
• A custom built side shed and bin store canopy.
• A new porcelain patio and floating path.
• A new fence and side gate complete with a pathway to the road, recycling the flags we lifted in the back garden.
• A barbecue canopy, added on as an extra made completely out of offcuts/waste!

We were that eager to get stuck in to this project we forgot to take proper ‘before’ photo’s 😅
