🚧 Project Update – Undy, Caldicot 🚧

AIR Cladding is currently on site in Undy, Caldicot, working on a residential property.

We’re installing Equitone panels onto a timber substrate, creating the required ventilated cavity to ensure a high-performance façade system. All doors and windows are being neatly closed off using PPC flashings, delivering both protection and a clean, professional finish.

This project is still underway, and we’re looking forward to sharing the completed transformation with you soon.

🚧 Project Update – Charfield AFA Scheme 🚧
AIR Cladding is making great progress on the Charfield AFA Scheme, delivering a complete cladding package including Kingspan MR wall panels, Petrarch GRC rainscreen cladding, Kingspan RW roof sheets, and PPC flashings, gutters, and downpipes.
A key milestone on the project was the installation of the lift shafts. These were fully clad within Charfield Station car park before being craned into their final position. Throughout the process, the shafts were kept vertical at all times to prevent any movement within the rainscreen cladding system, ensuring the highest standards of quality and finish.
With the lift shafts now in place, our team is continuing the installation of the remaining cladding works during planned night shifts and rail possessions, helping to keep the project progressing safely and efficiently.
It’s been a pleasure working alongside Centregreat Engineering and Octavius on this fantastic project. We’re looking forward to bringing the scheme to completion over the coming weeks.

Project Complete – Planet Fitness Tredegar 💪
We’re proud to have played a key role in the transformation of Planet Fitness Tredegar, working closely with the building owner,
Our team over-cladded the existing building using a 1.6mm galvanised spacer system, installing the Euroclad Vieo Cold Wall System alongside Euroclad Trisomet wall panels. We completed the project with Plastisol flashings around all doors and windows, delivering a clean, durable, and modern finish.
The result is a complete transformation that has modernised the building’s appearance while enhancing its performance and longevity.
A fantastic project to be involved in, showcasing the quality and attention to detail our team brings to every job.

Tenby AFA Scheme – Project Update 🚧

A fantastic project progressing with AmcoGiffen and AmcoGiffen Fabrication.

This scheme features:
🔹 Kingspan KS1000 RW 115mm roof panels
🔹 Kingspan KS1000 100mm wall panels
🔹 PPC flashings, gutters and downpipes

AIR Cladding installed around 90% of the cladding at the steel fabricator’s yard in Barnsley before the completed sections embarked on an impressive journey to Tenby. With road closures in place and low bridges carefully navigated, the modules have now arrived safely on site.

The steelwork is programmed to be craned into position during a night-time possession on Saturday 4th July, after which the AIR Cladding team will return to complete the remaining cladding installation.

It’s always rewarding to be involved in projects where careful planning, off-site installation and teamwork come together to deliver safely and efficiently.

We look forward to sharing more progress as the project continues.

🏢 City Road, Cardiff Project Complete 🏢

AIR Cladding is delighted to announce the completion of a residential apartment development on City Road, Cardiff, delivered in partnership with Langstone Construction.

This project involved the installation of a comprehensive roofing and cladding package, including:

🔹 Kingspan RW roofing sheets
🔹 Eurobond architectural wall panels
🔹 Euroclad sinusoidal wall sheets
🔹 Side-rise fire barriers
🔹 PPC copings, flashings, gutters and downpipes

The combination of high-quality materials and expert installation has helped create a modern, durable, and visually striking development that will serve residents for years to come.

🚑 Monmouthshire Ambulance Centre Refurbishment Complete 🏗️

AIR Cladding is pleased to have recently completed the external refurbishment works at the Monmouthshire Ambulance Centre, working alongside 2D Construction on another successful project.

Our scope of works included:

🔹 Installation of a vapour barrier system
🔹 Timber spacer framework installation
🔹 Installation of Equitone façade panels
🔹 PPC aluminium copings and flashings
🔹 New gutters and downpipes

The refurbishment has given the building a modern, durable exterior while enhancing the overall performance of the building envelope.

It was a privilege to work with 2D Construction once again, and we would like to thank everyone involved for their professionalism and collaboration throughout the project.

🚆 Another Successful AFA Project Delivered at Okehampton Train Station 🚆

AIR Cladding are proud to have contributed to the delivery of the new Accessible Footbridge for All (AFA) scheme at Okehampton Train Station, helping to improve accessibility and connectivity for passengers.

Working alongside Octavius as the main contractor and Adey Steel, AIR Cladding carried out the roofing and cladding package, including:

🔹 Installation of a Kingspan Top Deck roof system to the footbridge span and stair structures
🔹 Installation of Kingspan MR panels to the lift shaft walls
🔹 Supply and installation of PPC Network Rail signage
🔹 Bespoke flashings, gutters and downpipes to complete the project

The completed works provide a durable, high-quality finish that complements the station’s new infrastructure while supporting improved accessibility for all users.

🚒 Abercynon Fire Station Refurbishment Complete 🏗️

We’re proud to have played a key role in the successful refurbishment of Abercynon Fire Station, working alongside Trio Construction as the main contractor and Weather Guard Roofing on this fantastic project.

🔨 Weather Guard Roofing stripped the existing main roof and installed a new Alumasc roofing system, providing a durable, high-performance finish.

🏢 AIR Cladding completed the external envelope works, including:
✅ Installation of vapour barrier systems
✅ Timber spacer framework installation
✅ Fitting of Equitone façade panels
✅ Installation of powder-coated aluminium copings
✅ New gutters and downpipes
