✨ Recent Renovation ✨We’ve just completed a full kitchen and bathroom upgrade for an investment client, transforming the property into a modern, low-maintenance home that’s ready for the rental market.In the bathroom, the old bath was removed and replaced with an extra-large shower tray, giving the space a more open and practical feel. The kitchen was reworked with a new layout and finishes for everyday functionality. To complete the look, we installed all new flooring and skirting throughout, tying the whole property together with a clean, modern finish.Smart improvements like these not only elevate living standards but also increase long-term property value.
