Completed and handed over this commercial project in Basingstoke this week, this project consists of 300kw biomass boiler (ran off the workshop sawdust) with 300kw gas boiler back up, AC and MVHR ventilation system, heating and domestic services within the office space. we'll done L&M team.

A new Basingstoke project secured, this is a new HQ/workshop for one of our principal contractors consisting of 450KW Heating plant, hot and cold domestic services, AC and heat recovery ventilation system throughout the offices and welfare, Lambert and Macfarlane Mechanical are very excited to be a part of this project for a valued client and the L&M team are ready to hit the ground running.

A new project secured by Lambert and Macfarlane Mechanical, this Surrey property was used as Offices and we are involved in converting them into 5 flats, we at Lambert and Macfarlane are excited to be involved in this project and working with another new client.

New Surrey project secured by Lambert and Macfarlane Mechanical, this new high end residential property consists of a new heating system powering trench heaters and radiators throughout, domestic supplies feeding 3 bathrooms, kitchen and utility and a new VRF air conditioning system. We at L&M are very excited to be involved in the build of this unique property.

A new project secured by Lambert and Macfarlane Mechanical, consisting of UFH throughout the ground and first floor and radiators on the second floor, the heating controls are split via 14 zones to allow efficient temperature control, boosted hot and cold water service feeding four en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, WC and utility room.
L&M are looking forward to working with a new client on this project, keep an eye out for more updates on this Project.
