We're delighted to share another milestone at Uttoxeter Racecourse.

As part of the ongoing Weighing Room Fit Out, we've successfully completed the Annual Members' Restroom refurbishment.

This transformation involved:

✅ Full strip-out of a redundant corporate box
✅ Brand-new flooring throughout
✅ New roofing works
✅ Modern wall tiling
✅ New doors and ironmongery
✅ Complete installation of contemporary WC facilities
✅ A fresh, high-quality finish designed to enhance the experience for members.

It's always rewarding to see an underutilised space transformed into a modern, functional environment that will serve visitors for years to come.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and commitment to delivering another quality project. We're looking forward to sharing more updates as the wider Weighing Room Fit Out continues to take shape.

We recently received some fantastic feedback following works at Bowthorpe Industrial Estate, where our team responded quickly to address compliance issues, overcome challenges on site and deliver against demanding timescales to ensure units were ready for occupation.

We're proud to have successfully completed the full refurbishment of Wells Pharmacy in Llantwit Major, delivering a modern, refreshed healthcare environment for both staff and patients.

📍 Project: 150k Full Refurbishment
📅 Programme: Just 3 weeks
✅ Health & Safety Audit: 99%

Delivered within a demanding three-week programme, this project was completed in a live pharmacy environment, ensuring customers could continue to collect their medications safely and with minimal disruption throughout the works.

As a family-run business, we understand that construction is about more than bricks and mortar- it's about people. We genuinely care about our clients, the communities they serve, and the people who rely on their services. That mindset shaped every decision throughout this project, allowing the pharmacy to remain operational while we delivered the refurbishment safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
