🏗️ Project Complete: London Marathon House 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Bodhi Solutions are proud to have completed the installation of 80 linear meters of Free Standing Edge Protection London Marathon Events House! Safety, precision, and quality - delivered from start to finish.

With the marathon just around the corner, we’d like to wish all the runners the best of luck! 💪

As in construction, success in the marathon comes down to planning, persistence, and pushing through challenges. Whether you’re laying foundations or chasing the finish line, it’s all about staying focused and exceeding expectations.

New Project Update 🚧

We’re currently on site at Newcastle Racecourse, where works are well underway.

A big thank you to Anton Partington our Site Manager, who has proudly provided this latest update.

This week, our team is focused on the strip-out phase across the lounge, cafe, and kitchen areas, including the demolition of walls and ceilings. As always, our team is committed to delivering operational excellence in action.

Next Steps ➡️

Once this phase is complete, we will move into first fix M&E, followed by the creation of new office spaces and meeting rooms.

Safety remains our top priority, with full PPE in use at all times.

• Removal of existing window
• Tooth-out of existing brickwork
• Installation and laying of new brickwork

Interpreting CAD drawings and project specifications.
Accurately sourcing, pricing, and procuring cost-effective materials.
Ensuring quality standards are maintained.

✅ Job Complete at Aston Fields!

Another great project wrapped up for Indurent. Always a pleasure working with fantastic people - the lads on site really enjoyed this one!

This job involved courtyard repairs, where we:

- Broke out the old concrete (175mm)
- Cut the edges for a clean finish
- Installed steel reinforcement
- Mixed the concrete by hand
- Laid the concrete and applied a brushed, anti-skid finish

Big thanks to the team for their hard work and attention to detail. Another successful job done! 👏

This role is all about ensuring that high-profile race days and major events run smoothly, while also maintaining a comfortable, safe, and seamless experience for hotel guests. FM makes sure everything works perfectly, even during the busiest days.
