after over 20 years thought it about time a page was set up for my Business a little about what we do ...
GMS Design, Construction & Landscaping is a Local building company based in Milton Keynes, formed in 2001 with many combined years of experience, capable of taking on any sized project building or Landscaping surrounding your property. We also love to renovate from repairing a roof, gutters, fascias and soffits, painting the outside of your house renovating your windows or just improving and matching into existing work flawlessly, especially on period properties.
Your building project will be managed personally by myself, liaising with architects, local council, building control, structural engineers and any other contractors to ensure you a stress free experience. We have a hand picked team of highly experienced and reliable tradesmen who take care and pride in their work, including accredited gas engineers and electricians. All appropriate standards and tests will be provided and our clients will be issued with any certificates necessary.
