This cellar on Abbey Street has undergone a complete transformation. What was once a damp, dark and unusable space has now been fully restored and waterproofed using the Safeguard Oldroyd tanking system, giving it a fresh, clean and long‑lasting finish.

After installing the Oldroyd system throughout, the entire area was able to be replastered, brightened and finished to a modern standard.

The new flooring brings warmth into the space, and the restored beams keep that character that makes these older Faversham homes so special.

🏡New Patio ✨

Another tidy job finished for a customer.

We’ve laid a brand‑new patio using Nordic cream porcelain slabs giving the space a clean and modern finish.
The slabs are all set level, tight joints, and a smooth run across the whole area.

🪴This one really freshens up the garden simple changes that make a big difference.

As always, everything done properly from the base up, making sure it’s solid, well‑drained, and built to last.

Great result for the customer and a nice upgrade to the outdoor space.👍

Quality work big or small 🧱🔨

We’ve taken down the existing wall and rebuilt it from scratch, giving the property a cleaner finish and a new gate to top it off.

Solid brickwork and a proper upgrade without overcomplicating it.

Not every job is a big one, but every job gets the same care.

🌟Another high-spec bathroom renovation completed by S&D Building Kent ltd Team 🛀

We recently completed this stunning full bathroom refurbishment for a returning customer
We Transformed an outdated space into a modern functional and stylished bathroom.
The project involved a complete strip-out and a redesign including new plumbing,tiling,lighting and a high-quality fixtures and fittings.
We worked closely with the customer to ensure every detail was carefully considered to a clean & stylish finish.
As part of the project we also upcycled a vintaged unit side board to a double sink unit and breathing in new life into a existing piece of furniture to add character and also to in keeping with the property.
A big shout out to the clients Jane Burns for the use of bold colours and the choice of wallpaper.
