Saffron Walden project. Roll over

2 story side extension, open plan master with en-suite, open plan living quarters with corner window detail.
Raised garden with reinforced block wall wrap around.

Start date November.

Timeframes that were set at the start of the job with the customer was met, even with the bad weather, rain and frost we’ve experienced.

Cleaned down and locked up. See you next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Phase 2 Saffron Walden single story extension shell build. Customer to take on all internals to complete the project .

Shell build was 4 weeks.

Saffron Walden garage kitchen conversion.
Along with small utility and flooring through out the downstairs with new office.
Warm-Touch Plumbing and Heating carried out the underfloor heating system.
JRB carried out start to finish up to completion.
12 week build for completion
The customer wanted the new kitchen before Christmas and we delivered.

A saffron Walden project, phase 2 with new extension dorma to the rear of the property.

Gained from this was new Ensuit to a bigger master, with bigger family bathroom new hallway with bigger bedrooms.

New insulated everything due to lack of which will now be very efficient in all
Weather conditions.

Complete new roof to rear due to poor condition when lifted.

This project was taken to a white wash carcass finish ready for customer to finish off.

Just tipped over the 14 week completion date which was given at the beginning of this project, a few additions were added along the way.

We are Back next summer to complete the remaining uplift. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saffron Walden Round Table’s Charity Firework Display takes place on Saturday 8th November right in the centre of town on the common. Thanks to local business we are able to put on these fantastic events for the town and community.

Saturday 8th November will be packed with our annual Firework display, a bonfire with a Guy competition. Fun Fair, Food Trucks, a licensed bar run by SWRC and much more!
