This historic stone building is undergoing a carefully considered transformation, blending timeless character with modern luxury living.

🛠️ Recent works include:

• Installation of new below-ground drainage and concealed service runs
• Sensitive structural masonry repairs
• Formation of bespoke roof structures and timber framing
• Roof coverings now underway, retaining the integrity and charm of the original buildings 🧱🏡

Every detail is being thoughtfully delivered to honour the building’s heritage while creating an exceptional, high-quality living environment. We’re proud to be bringing this vision to life under the Limer & Greene name.

Scaffolding is up and the hard work is well underway. It’s a big job, but seeing the space come together like this makes it all worthwhile. Excited for the next stage of the transformation!
