Looking for a part time office administrator / PA / Secretary role for a construction company. Would require 2-3 hours a day which can be flexible as long as its between the hours of 8am to 4pm. Tasks would include:
- Off hiring & hiring of plant and tool hire
- Ordering of materials
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers & subcontractors
- Sending out Tender packs to subcontractors
- Typing up site meeting minutes
- Managing the phone
- Managing general emails and enquiries
- Health & Safety documentations
- Printing & filing site drawings and putting together site folders
- Managing company vehicles & equipment, booking in services etc
- General admin

Can mostly be working from home, may require going to the office once or twice a week.

Preferably looking for someone who has had previous experience in the construction admin role.
