Phase 1 of this multi phase landscaping project has been completed. We removed all of the existing features and created a much more usable modern space. The old tiered heights were removed and a gradual slope was created with steps leading to the driveway to meet up with a new path that will created in another phase. Hardwood sleeper retaining walls were installed aswell as a new sandstone path to meet up with exiting patio in another phase. The area was turfed leaving flower beds around the edge of the house. Keep an eye out to see future updates of this project in the future.

Our clients wanted to add an addition bathroom to their Grade II listed property. So we created a dormer in their bedroom giving us the headroom needed to create an en-suite. A partition wall was built behind an existing oak beam keeping the character of the room. Existing cupboard access was altered and an existing window changed to create the space needed for the en-suite.

We transformed this kitchen from a space the clients struggled to use into the new heart of their home. We moved the existing back wall and rebuilt it inline with the existing roof structure. A goalpost steel frame was installed, hidden in the walls and ceiling to give the room a natural seemless look. Underfloor heating was retro fitted along with a new patio door opening being created giving the large outdoor living area a new lease of life. A handcrafted oak beam window detail was built to match existing features on this Grade II listed property. This space is now the heart of the clients home for all social and family occasions.

An update on our current project. The dormer has been constructed to create headroom for an en-suite bathroom and the roofing work is underway. The brickwork on the new back wall is complete and a new doorway opening and window alterations have taken place.

Yesterday was the start of a new project for us. A full refurb of this lovely cottage with creation of a new dormer to create headroom for an en-suite in the master bedroom. Along with a goal post steel frame being fitted to allow the movement of the back wall in the kitchen to create a much more useable area.
