Friday was a cracking summer’s day at last and helped to get this slab for an extension to the dining area at Haute Vallée School ready to concrete on Monday - took some school trigonometry to set it out too!

Christmas is approaching far too quickly but this extensive loft conversion project out in the Wild West is also successfully nearing completion - on time and on budget!

We extend our thanks to our clients for entrusting us with the contract and to all our subcontractors for their assistance.

Having spent much of the summer months repairing and redecorating the Victoria College cricket pitch fence we were sad to see Storm Ciarán’s best efforts to destroy it!

We were however pleased to work along side AAA Tree Services aided by Fetch & Karrie to clear away the devastation in an effort to reopen the road!

Now to rebuild!

We are deeply saddened to see the demise of another well respected local contractor and the consequent painful affect this will have on its staff, subcontractors and suppliers

Happy New Year to All!

This job applicant was a little too young!… so we’re looking to hire a Labourer/medium goods driver with 5yr residency to assist our small works teams. (Prospective drivers will need to hold a full clean license and to be min 25yr old).
If interested you will need to be reliable, fit and enthusiastic, preferably with experience of working on construction sites along with a good awareness of health and safety.
A good command of English is essential if not your first language.

Just in time for the Christmas celebrations with only a few finishing touches to go so our clients can enjoy this fantastic newly built addition to their home of a games room and bar.

Phew it’s warm! ….but the dry sunny days helped with completing the new lime render facade to this period property with ashlar line detail.

It’s some time since we posted our progress on this substantial St Clement refurbishment project so here’s a few photos giving a small insight of the work carried out over the past months - Spring is here and the new lime render is being applied to the historic external fabric while the extensions will be cement rendered; the internal finishes continue to come together:
