Not just commercial kitchen extracts have fires!! This residential “HOME” kitchen extract fan nearly burnt the building down. Just the fan was left on with a dirty filter and loose grease within it, CLEAN it regularly or at least check it often.
Do Not burn the house down for a £100 extract hood……
