A couple of nice little weekend jobs fitted in around our other larger jobs we have ongoing now completed. New garage door and frame installed in Rainham and a new bathroom window installed in Rochester.

This one has just been completed in Maidstone! Full redecoration of stairs landing and hallway. New boxing, tiling, Lino fitted and decoration of bathroom. This was another job that was started by someone else which meant a lot had to be put right. Please ensure that if you’re having work done they are capable of what they promise. Another amazing client another happy client, it’s been a pleasure.

Nice little job in Charlton today, new carpet and underlay installed at this residential care home. Amazing staff, awesome residents!

A utility revamp at a care home, installed and plumbed in new sink and radiator, boarded and plastered and decorated. A new window was also installed in the garage.

An ongoing project in a care home in Rainham. We stripped back the wood chip in this Hall stairs and landing. The walls needed a fair bit of prep and a full redecoration and installed a new carpet to the landing. We have also completed the sleep in room along side this and are currently revamping the utility room which is very nearly complete.

Here’s a little job we have completed in Bearsted!

New window boards installed in conservatory and decorated ✅
Wallpaper hung in hallway after someone else said it couldn’t be done and attempted a stencil instead which the client wasn’t happy with. ✅
Bathroom pedalstall reinstalled ✅
New pull cord installed in bathroom ✅
Sorted flaky paint out in bathroom and repainted ✅

Another happy client and we will be back soon Sarah for the kitchen and Lounge works.

New carpet install for a care facility in Surrey last week. Old carpet removed, new underlay and the entire landing was done in one piece which took some working out! Staff were a great bunch on this one.

After a lovely break we are back! First job of the year in Weavering. We knocked out this chimney breast, removed the flue and chimney on the roof. We patched in new tiles on the roof, plastered and screeded the floor ready for the client to decorate in preparation for the new carpet! Another lovely family and another happy client.

This is the last job of the year! Our clients distant rental in Swansea where the floor had rotted and collapsed. A poorly constructed floor that was propped up with foam, no noggings for stability no bolts no resin. We had no option but to start from scratch, we ripped the floor up and rebuilt it to building control standards, reinstalled the kitchen, put a new work top in and new lino. That’s a wrap for us. We have a short break and we will be back in the new year!

We transformed the hallway on a bigger job and was asked if we could squeeze in the flooring. We laid herringbone luxury vinyl click on the ground floor followed by a herringbone stitch luxury carpet and the results finish this project off for our client ready for visitors this Christmas.

The countdown is on! Christmas is fast approaching and we have two more projects to get over the line!

A nice little job for a new client in Upnor from a recommendation from another of our good clients in the village. Full redecoration done to kitchen, bedroom en-suite and WC. A roof repair and new trims and re-tiled WC another happy client.
