We recently developed this property for a customer in Doncaster.. the project involved taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room.. fitting a beautiful new kitchen from at South Elmsall.. building a new stud wall to separate the lounge.. adding new patio doors to provide easy access to the garden.. and finishing with a new floor and skirting boards..

One of our customers in Chesterfield had a problem with a crack just above an internal doorway.. after removing the surrounding plaster we could see the crack was caused by some block work that had been done above the doorway but not tied into the original brickwork.. so we fitted 2 straps across the crack to prevent further movement.. then finished by dot n dabbing a board on and finish plaster..

We have just fitted this new front window for a customer in Chesterfield.. we had to rebuild the wall just underneath the window to give us a good base to sit the window on.. it’s always important when measuring the opening to make sure you minimise the gap around and then use a good quality silicone to seal..

Completed this new bath panel for one of our customers.. started by building a frame around the bath.. covered it in plywood.. and then tiled and grouted it.. finishing touches include a new skirting board around to match the rest of the bathroom.. just transforms the whole bathroom..

And to complete the look.. new architraves and skirting boards.. another tip, make sure to glue your skirting board mitre with super glue and architraves with a good quality PVA glue to prevent them from coming apart..

We have just fitted these beautiful from for a customer in York.. available as a solid door or with glass.. a little tip for anyone fitting new doors, use a Stanley knife to mark the outline of the hinges and latch before chopping out to give you a professional finish..
