Used my shed making skills to make a changing room at the new Phoenix Charity shop opening a week on Saturday in the centre of Hertford.

My charity Coffee and Coping Hertfordshire and Phoenix are linked through friendship as well as trustee swapping for each other.

Helping each other succeed is so important for us all!

WALK & TALK / Every Friday at 1:30pm

Walk & Talk is a therapeutic recovery group, meeting weekly for a 90-minute walk through the green surroundings of Hertford.

Led by two psychotherapists who specialise in addiction, these walks will provide an opportunity for participants to engage in therapeutic conversations. Our approach combines the benefits of exercise, which is known to enhance mental health, with the connection
to a supportive, like-minded community.

This group is open to all abstinent recovering addicts, regardless of age, experience or background.

The meeting place & time are as follows:

Every Friday at 1:30pm

Sainsbury’s supermarket main entrance, Hertford SG14 1RD

Just show up, no need to book. We will commence the walk at 1:35pm sharp

After a long long time this lovely hand made (by me) oak topped table has gone to its forever home.
I had lots of help with cutting sanding and head scratching so thank you to as well as for helping me lift this heavy beast and deliver it safely!
