GAS INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL METERING ENGINEERS REQUIRED ACROSS YORKSHIRE AREA

Job Outline: An exciting opportunity has arisen on a long-term contract completing Industrial & Commercial Gas meter installations.
Locations: Yorkshire + North West
Salary: Competitive Salary, paid weekly, two weeks in arrears.
Hours of work: 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
28 days paid holiday per annum (includes 8 days statutory).
Successful applicants will also be eligible to participate in the company pension scheme. Company van, fuel, PPE & any required specialist equipment will be provided.
Applicants must provide their own gas fitting tool kit.
As part of this job type you will initially be required to complete –
• Install, Remove and Exchange Gas meters from U6 to U160, Rotary and Turbine meters on all pressure Tiers
• Complete site survey work (training provided)
You will need -
• CCN1, MET1, CMET1(CMET2)
• Be presentable and have excellent customer service skills.
• Have effective communication skills
• Minimum 1-year experience in the Gas Industry and work to a VERY high standard.
• Be a good timekeeper.
• Have good administration skills.
• Have a flexible approach to your working hours
• A valid UK driving licence is also essential
Immediate start dates are available for the right applicant.
This opportunity may evolve into other work types within All Gas1’ remit but if it does full training will be given. Any training will be paid at the normal hourly rate.
