Little transformation project has started this week. Adding additional upper floor space and major internals to this family home.

Stayed inside the last few months in the joinery shop away from this crazy wet weather. Making doors and windows and frames.
Then a good customer asked if I could squeeze in a Little media wall project before silly season starts.
completed myself while we await our new site projects to start.

Another project ☑️ off for Christmas. 👍🎄

Annex workshop / garage extension finished ready for the decorators in the new year. Just the glass balcony and stairs to finish off after painting.

STJ don’t usually assist other contractors.

We where asked by fellow contractor for our help with this Newtown Linford project he was running.
He needed help with the roofing and joinery.

Deano Kyle and myself dropped on to help them with a big push to get to Christmas.

Customer very happy. Main Contractor I am sure panic over on this one 😉 🎄

Our current projects that we are running up to Christmas require a reliable labour with immediate availability.

Minimum of 2-3 weeks work to start with.

In the New year with projects already booked in. There is a possibility for a permanent positon to the right person.

Driving license preferred but not essential .

New Barn style office project with a modern twist. Simple but affective.

Final Sign off and completion today for STJ.
All ready for handover

Painters and floor boys are in now for the customers new tenants.

Little roof replacement and chimney rebuild’s before the winter sets in. Once done we then go inside and do a full renovation of the property.

Nice little project over the winter months.
