were employed to undertake the on this project. The progress photos were taken after we had demolished the rear façade and installation of the new timber joist flooring had commenced. At roof level we also completed the lift overrun. Great work by our lads on site!

Below are a few photos from the first of seven in-situ staircases that are installing on one of our London projects.

have completed the partial demolition of the existing roof and top floor and installed new as part of the remodelling works. We have installed the in-situ RC slab and most recently we have poured the parapet ring beam. Galvanised plant deck also undertaken by us.

As part of the package, are undertaking the slab demolition, reduced level dig and reinstatement of new pile caps. We also stitch drilled the obstructions which were in excess of a metre thick! being poured as we speak then into the existing slab repairs.

have been busy installing to the perimeter of an existing building. Some of the deepest pins are approximately 4.5metres below basement slab level.
