CMS Cepcor® again prove why we are the only genuine alternative…….
Receiving an urgent service call late in the afternoon from one of the UK largest granite quarries (another supplier had cancelled the work at very late notice, leaving the plant unable to operate), CMS Cepcor® immediately mobilised a service team and subsequently completed a liner change on a Metso Nordberg LT200HP contract crushing plant operating within the quarry in under 4 hours from the initial service call.
Full credit to our service team members Andy Cartwright, Luke Pegg and Adam McDermott for making themselves available and completing the work safely, at short notice and out of normal hours. However, a special mention goes to Matthew Weare, our Managing Director who when called upon, re-opened the crusher parts warehouse, was trained to operate the Kardex® shuttle stocking systems by telephone, picked and then hand delivered a set of square head bolts and spherical nuts to the quarry site to enable prompt completion of the work.
