🏡 FIRST COMPLETION OF THE MONTH! 🔑
Another project over the line — and completed in cracking time! 👏

We delivered this full single-storey barn conversion with side extension within the 4-month programme we gave our client from the outset.

The finished conversion includes:
🔨 Full barn conversion & side extension
🛏️ 2 bedrooms
🛁 1 bathroom
🏡 Complete external works
💧 New sewage treatment plant
⚡ Full mechanical & electrical installation
🎨 Fully finished throughout

The new side extension has been designed to complement the character of the existing barn, bringing everything together into a fantastic finished home.

A great effort from everyone involved to get this one completed, finished and handed over on schedule.

Project Completion – Delivered on Time 👷‍♂️

Pleased to hand over this project for Redroc Group, completed within a tight programme and to a high standard.
Works included:
• Rear toilet and lobby extension
• Full classroom renovation works
• New rear play area complete with secure fencing and canopy

Weekly Progress Update 👷‍♂️
Another solid week across our sites:
• Necton Extension – Structure now up to wall plate level and ready for roof construction
• Swaffham Barn Conversion – Type 1 hardcore installed and oversite concrete successfully poured

Great progress in the first couple of weeks on our Swaffham barn conversion 🔨
We’re pushing hard towards a full transformation over the next 12 weeks — aiming to have this ready in time for harvest 🚜
So far we’ve:
• Removed the old concrete floors
• Taken down the clay lump walls
• Formed new door and window openings
• Dug and poured foundations
• Excavated and prepped for Type 1 and oversite concrete
A solid start with plenty more to come — keep an eye out for updates as this one takes shape 👀
