We’ve been a little quiet on social media recently while completing some of our larger projects, so we thought we’d share one of our smaller ones.
On this project we instructed our preferred Architect Mark Carroll from MVC Design Ltd to obtain planning permission to demolish an old conservatory and replace it with this rear extension.
As part of the build we completed three knock throughs while the customer continued living in the house:
• Opening up the kitchen
• Opening the dining room into the new garden room
• Opening up the bedroom to create a walk-in dressing room and en-suite, with access out to the rear garden
While we were there we also re-roofed the rear of the property, installed new fascias and soffits, fitted a fire door between the kitchen and the garage, and built a stud wall to house sliding pocket doors to separate the lounge from the kitchen.
The entire project was completed in just eight weeks, including the Christmas period.
One thing we pride ourselves on is the quality of our work, but a very close second is our timescales. As much as our customers are often sad to see the lads go, we always aim to be in and out as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption.
