Office Support Staff Required
Job Role
The particular role, which we are looking to fill within our office administration department.
The role will consist of the following tasks;
• General Office Tasks
o Accounts (Quickbooks) - Data entering, data analysis, report production, validation, supplier payments preparation.
o Managing external correspondence and deliveries received at the office.
o Keeping stock of office supplies and placing of orders when necessary.
o Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
o Assist colleagues when necessary.
o Ensure the smooth running of office.
About the Candidate
• Organised
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks Accountacy.
• A basic understanding of AutoCAD (preferable, but not essential).
• Stable work history
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Friendly and relaxed working environment
Terms of Employment
• 3 days per week working 9am to 4.30pm - initially Monday, Wednesday and Friday although we can accommodate a degree of flexibility.
• Based on future workload, there may be the requirement to increase the number of days worked in the week.
