At Darran Grant Limited, we are seeking an experienced skilled Plumber/Heating Engineer to join our team.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

* Installation and maintenance of oil/gas boilers, heating systems, and general plumbing maintenance

* Perform heavy lifting during installation of boilers and heating systems as required

* Adhere to all plumbing building codes and heating regulations

* Ensure all work meets high standards and follows best practices

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience - preferred

* Competent with all plumbing and heating installation, maintenance, and repairs

* Strong customer service skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

* Take pride in your work to ensure that we maintain our reputation and deliver a high standard of service to our customers

* Possess own tools

* Must hold a full UK driving licence

* Must be comfortable working on your own, as well as part of a team

* The individual we’re seeking must be punctual, reliable, and have excellent organisational skills

Skills and qualifications:

*Thorough understanding of plumbing, oil, and gas heating systems

* Experience of installing new boilers

* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly

* Up to date gas qualifications preferred (further training will be provided for the right candidate)

The following will be provided:

* A company van

* Branded workwear

Other information:

*Salary is based on qualifications and experience.

*This is a full-time post with optional overtime.

* Use our management software to update status of all works completed, and follow your daily diary

* Report any additional/supplementary works to the management team

* General plumbing and heating work

Essential requirements:

* Must hold a full UK driving licence

* Competent with all plumbing and heating installation, maintenance and repairs

* Strong customer service skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good problem solving skills

* Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
