Choosing colours is not just about how good it looks, keeping in trend but it is important to take into account how it makes you feel.
Colours effect our mind and body, influencing our emotions and well being, affecting our moods by stimulating or calming.
Choosing to paint whole rooms in very bright, bold, or saturated colors like deep reds, electric blues, neon yellows, or intense oranges can be overwhelming, stimulating, and may not create a calming atmosphere, making the room feel too energetic or even jarring depending on the size and lighting. Colours however are personal to you and you should always consider your own taste verses what will be out of fashion tomorrow.
